Located in downtown Los Angeles, Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE is easily accessible from several major freeways and from a variety of public transportation options. There are 3,500 parking spaces at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE with more than 16,000 parking spaces available within a seven to ten minute walk to the district.

The exciting events hosted at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE often attract large crowds. It is recommended that you plan your trip before you leave home and allow extra time for unanticipated delays due to traffic congestion, road construction, etc. Always follow traffic safety precautions when traveling to and from events.

Summer Parking Rates

L.A. LIVE'S East and West Garages are open from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. DAILY (holiday hours may vary). No overnight parking or in and out privileges are permitted. For information and pricing for limousines, buses and oversize Vehicles, please call (213) 742-7382.

Reduced Rates Effective July 1 - September 30

EAST GARAGE - Timed Parking / Valet Service

For the most convenient and affordable short-term parking (about 2 hours), we recommend the East Garage. This lot provides timed parking with valet service available. Some tenants provide validation for timed parking in the East Garage.

East Garage Rates (July 1 - September 30, 2009):

• First 120 minutes - $5
• Each 30 minutes or part of thereafter - $5 (i.e. 2 ½ hours = $10, 3 hours = $15, 3 ½ hours = Maximum $20)
• FREE before 11 AM with validation (at The Farm of Beverly Hills)
• Valet available for additional $5 service charge
• Validation available at participating restaurants with minimum purchase, check restaurant page (add a link to dining home page)

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction along Olympic Blvd. near the entrance to the East Garage. If you are driving Eastbound on Olympic Blvd., make a right at the Francisco St. intersection following the blue/chain link construction fence. If you are driving West on Olympic Blvd., make a left at Francisco Street intersection just after you pass the car wash on your right.

WEST GARAGE - Over 2 hours / Event, Lunch and Late-night

If you are coming for an event or other long-term visit (more than 2.5 hours), we recommend the West Garage. This lot provides flat rate ($8 before 3 PM, event rate 3 - 9 PM, $10 after 9 PM), self-parking. Validations are not accepted in the West Garage.

West Garage Rates:

• Before 3 p.m. (non-event) - $8 flat rate
• After 9 p.m. - $10 flat rate
• Event Parking - $10 - $25 depending on event
• No validation, pay on entry

PLEASE NOTE: Event Parking rates vary depending on the event. Rates generally range between $15 - $25. Prepaid Event Parking passes are available at district box offices, Ticketmaster outlets and on Ticketmaster.com. For more specific event information, please call (213) 742-7275 (213-742-PARK).
